Background
The High Growth Business Coaching programme provides the structured delivery of intensive business coaching and assistance for small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs) with the potential to grow to circa £10M turnover per annum. An independent business coach works alongside the senior management team supporting organisational development and management capability with the objective of enhancing the capacity for business growth. The programme includes four elements - goal orientated active planning (developing a strategic growth plan), business coaching, peer to peer business networking and leadership development.
