Shopper Anonymous UK specialises in mystery shopping, customer service training and business consultancy. The company has been so successful that the Shopper Anonymous brand is now being expanded with the first newly created franchise in Kent operated by Graham Seymour, a former director of Bexhill-based insurance company Hastings Direct.“This is a great concept and a great opportunity to make a further impact with the Shopper Anonymous brand,” said Graham.

East Sussex Enterprise Hub has helped Shopper Anonymous by providing introductions to research resources, helping them to formulate a franchise plan and, in particular, sourcing information for them via the British Library.
