TVCS is an Eastbourne based company of experienced clinicians that specialise in the treatment and prevention of chronic wounds and their results are demonstrating some of the highest wound healing rates in the UK. Patients with non healing wounds who would traditionally be treated via their Practice Nurses, GPs, Hospital consultants and within the community can now be rapidly referred to TVCS specialists.
As well as treatment, the company has both the knowledge and the expertise to help health authorities and nursing homes to develop preventative strategies – and one such initiative in Eastbourne succeeded in lowering pressure damage prevalence from 15 per cent to 1.4 per cent.
