18 Jun 2008 - GeoSolveIT secures two year Department for Transport contract
Surrey-based GeoSolveIT, a geographic information systems consultancy and a member of the Surrey Enterprise Hub network, has been awarded a two year contract by the Department for Transport (DfT) to update the National Origin-Destination Survey Databank database and associated website which is used by transport planners throughout the country. The website – www.dft.gov.uk/odsdatabank/ – provides a complete and comprehensive picture of where information on the origin-destination surveys (ODS) has been collected in Great Britain.
18 Jun 2008 - Airbus and Rolls Royce contracts enable ETCEL to go from strength to strength
Enabling Technologies Consulting Engineers Ltd (ETCEL), a client of the Isle of Wight Enterprise Hub based at the Innovation Centre in Newport, has been awarded three major contracts worth over half a million Euros. Against stiff competition, ETCEL was awarded the contracts because of their technical excellence and capabilities in structural design and analysis.
