Hub News: Global Transcription Service Breaks New Ground
From the boardroom to the antarctic, a Surrey Hub company’s transcription service is getting the message across. Morning Papers Ltd is fast becoming the communication lifeline of choice for exploration and trek teams across the globe.
Following links with Team Ericsson’s crew in the Volvo Ocean Race of 2006 and a Nile expedition, the company has signed-up to handle the daily blogs for the Intrepid Exploration team’s spring Antartica expedition.
“We need our hands free for our kit and can’t write in sub-zero conditions, so to dictate our blogs every day and have them delivered to the base team by 8am the next day is fantastic,” says Simon Walker, leader of the team.
The same fast turnaround service has also taken Morning Papers along more familiar corporate corridors, where they have won business in the telecoms, insurance, financial services, healthcare and marketing fields.
