Solent Marine cluster launches new website
The Solent Marine Community has launched a new website at www.solentmarinecommunity.co.uk
The Solent Marine Community will build upon the existing marine strengths across the Solent region to create a cluster of marine companies that will enable them to compete on equal terms in the global market.
The Community aims to build a sustainable, industry-led and collaborative commercial group, within which Solent companies can co-operate to achieve common goals and improve international competitiveness. This will in turn create sustainable growth, new employment opportunities, and contribute to the economic growth of the South East.
Southampton Enterprise Hub Director and Cluster member Steve Davis said, “The Solent marine industry is one of the county’s centres of excellence, containing world class companies with world class reputations.”
